hey everyone!
its my frist day on my ABC diet. i have a little over 200 cals left to spend.
should ihave pineapple - 227 or a banana with peanut butter- 200 which i am craving i was trying to leave it to all fruit and veggies, like natural. but im craving pb. protien! and theres alot of sugar in pineapple. i think illl havge the banaan with PB and a tomato wht do you think?
