  <description>&lt;p&gt;hey&amp;nbsp; everyone!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;its my frist day on my ABC diet.&lt;br /&gt;i have a little over 200 cals left to spend.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;should ihave pineapple - 227&lt;br /&gt;or a banana with peanut butter- 200 which i am craving&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;i was trying to leave it to all fruit and veggies, like natural. but im craving pb. protien!&amp;nbsp; and theres alot of sugar in pineapple.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;i think illl havge the banaan with PB and a tomato&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;wht do you think?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
